Okyeon Market is a perfect place to go if you are looking to experience how Korean people use to shop 

before the large marts came were built.

It is fun to just walk around and pick up things to eat.

 

This is the entrance to the market.

It’s located at 5, Dokbae-ro 40beon-gil, Yeonsu-gu.

 

At the market, you will be able to see freshly caught fish displayed out in little baskets.

You can look at the fish and choose the one you would like to take.

There are other seafoods available as well.

There are a lot of traditional foods and treats available as well. 

Many of these treats are made by the owner of the shop on a daily basis. 

It is the closest to home made you will get!

If you visit on the weekends, 

there are more people so if you would like to take a casual stroll we suggest you go on a weekday.
