There are many festivals in Incheon, especially during the summer and fall. This August, there will be the 2nd annual Love Incheon Festival. The theme of the 2nd annual love Incheon festival is a combination of a variety of festivals in Incheon. All of these festivals throughout Incheon are combined and called the Love Incheon Festival. A popular festival within this larger festival theme is the Neungheodae Festival in Yeonsu-Gu.
With the summer and fall seasons being full of festivals, Incheon wanted to join the festivals together under one central theme of loving Incheon. This is how the name Love Incheon Festival was created. It starts on Aug 19th with an opening ceremony showcasing fireworks. Also included is the Pentaport Rock Festival, the Songdo Global Tourism Festival, and much more.
The festivals are from August through October and there are a variety of different festivals for everyone to enjoy.
The opening ceremony of Love Incheon festival will open with fireworks on Saturday August 19th at 6PM in the Songdo art center.IT will be followed by a concert and there will be food booths for people to enjoy! If you are taking the subway to get here, take the Incheon line 1 and get off on the Central Park Station. Exit via Exit 2.
