Central Park in the Spring, Nothing Better than That!

 

Spring is a wonderful season

to enjoy the outdoors.

With every step love and

beauty is in the air,

as the cherry blossoms are in full bloom

and other spring flowers

have blossomed throughout the city!

One of the best places to enjoy spring

in Yeonsu-Gu though is

at Central Park.

Lets take a look! 

 

 

You can easily get to Central Park in

Songdo by taking public transportation.

There is a subway station that is

connected to the park.

If you are getting off

Central Park station,

it is best to get out of exit 3.

You will see the tri-bowl at this exit.

 

If you get off

the Incheon University Station

you will need to exit out of exit 4 but

it will also be a 10-15 minute walk

to the park. 

If you are going to the park by car,

there is a public parking lot

that you are able to park in.

It is 1000 won for each hour. 

 

 

At the park,

you will be able to see

the cherry blossoms, gyenari,

and other beautiful spring flowers!

 

On a day that we don’t have

fine dust particles in the air,

it is great to also picnic there! 

 

 

Many people go to the park

and spread out a mat to just relax,

take a bike ride around the park,

or enjoy a stroll on the water taxi.

 

There is even a canoe available to rent!

Something new is a clear kayak

where you can see through as well! 

 

 

If you get hungry,

you can also go

next door to the park

and there are may restaurants available.

 

Make sure to check out Gyoungwonjae

as well a traditional Korean style hotel.

At the tri-bowl on some days

there are concerts and

exhibitions to enjoy as well.
