What is a hygiene grade system?
As a national policy implemented by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety since 2017, it is only possible to receive a designation with a score of 90 or more from the Korea Assessment and Management Certification Agency, which certifies HACCP with 63 evaluation indicators in three areas.
The Youth Catering Service Center was created to discover and realize youth policies related to dining out and support successful dining out startups of young people.
Ten talented young chefs were selected through a public offering and screening process, and a 30 competency-enhancing experts was formed to provide one-stop support for follow-up management such as startup incubation and consulting, franchise, and public delivery network support for startup young people. Since this year, a restaurant specializing in delivery has been established with unique foods.
