Do you know Songdo Hanok Town? 

 

 

One of the symbol of Korean traditional culture is Hanok. Hanok is a traditional architecture style of Korea. In Songdo Global City in Yeonsu-gu, there is a Hanok town. I will report you about UHDAM, a Japanese Sashimi restautrant.

 

 This is the entrance of Uhdam.

 

 First, there comes a salad and a sashimi.

 Then, the main dish appears!! It's the main sashimi.

 

Then, there appears fried shrimp, pumpkin, and pepper.

 

 

There appears a side dish includes nuts, mushrooms, chestnuts, etc....

 

There is also a fish stew appearing.

 

Uhdam is cooperated by Gyeongbokgung ;  a Korean dish company, and there comes a Bulgogi from it.
