Childbirth Encouragement Grant by Yeonsu-gu

※ Childbirth Encouragement Grant for the Second Child
Amount: KRW 1,000,000 per person (one time)

Conditions to apply (All the following conditions must be met)
1. As of the date of birth, both of the parents must have resided in Yeonsu-gu continuously
for six months or longer (based on resident registration).

2. As of the date of birth, all members (mother, father, first and second child) of the family
must be registered as residents of Yeonsu-gu and actually are living in Yeonsu-gu.

3. The application must be submitted within three months from the registration of birth.

※ However, those who do not meet the six-month residence condition as of the date of application
for the Childbirth Encouragement Grant can submit an application within two months from the date
when the six-month residence condition is met.

Childbirth Encouragement Grant for the Third Child and Later

Amount:
- Third child: KRW 2,400,000 per person (one time, a lump sum payment)

- Fourth child: KRW 10,000,000　per person

※ KRW 2,500,000 at initial payment, then KRW 250,000 for 30 months (for a total of 31 months)

 

- Fifth child or later: KRW 30,000,000 per person

※ KRW 5,000,000 at initial payment, then KRW 500,000 for 50 months (for a total of 51 months)

Conditions to apply (All the following conditions must be met) 1. As of the date of birth, both the parents must have resided in Yeonsu-gu continuously
for twelve months or longer (based on resident registration).

2. As of the date of birth, all members (mother, father, first, second, and third (and later)
child) of the family must be registered as residents of Yeonsu-gu and actually are living in
Yeonsu-gu.

3. The application must be submitted within three months from the registration of birth.

※ However, those who do not meet the twelve-month residence condition as of the date of application for
the Childbirth Encouragement Grant can submit an application within two months from the date when

the twelve-month residence condition is met.
※ If any of the family members moves outside the region or moves back in the region after moving out,
the payment will be ceased immediately.
