There are different kinds of sauna rooms such as "Charcoal kiln Room", "Salt Room" and "Ice Room", depending on the room temperature and interior design. Sauna can improve blood circulation, ease pain, help skin problems, and recover from fatigue.

 

In Sauna, you can eat simple foods like snacks, meals, etc. Koreans love eating boiled eggs and Sikhye, a traditional Korean drink in Jjimjilbang. It's the perfect food to quench your thirst after using hot sauna rooms.
