Subject to multi-family housing for 20 households or more requiring emergency inspection within 20 years of the date of approval for use, we will accept applications and conduct a thorough inspection starting in the second half of the year.
After selecting houses that require inspection based on age and safety, the commissioned specialized institution will check the overall status and will distribute safety inspection reports and plans to help residents.
Currently, 80% of the small apartments in the district have aged more than 20 years and are having difficulties carrying out voluntary inspections due to the lack of safety inspection obligations or management entities.
● Schedule
The government will receive applications from apartments from May 24 to June 18 and implement inspections in earnest from August after the conclusion of bidding by institutions specializing in safety inspections.
