In Yeonsu-gu, Songdo Global Culture Festival is a popular festival which is held every year.

It is a fun filled festival with beer, music, and fireworks.

There are two food zones.

One is a regular food area under the tents. 

Available for purchase is chicken, shrimp, meat, and other Korean foods.

The other zone is a food truck zone where you can taste foods made by star chefs in Korea.

Throughout the park, you will see tables and booths in yellow. 

Here you will be able to purchase festival dollars that you can use at the food trucks and booths.

 Remember you need to have these festival dollars.

Once you buy this official cash, you can use it at all of the food trucks.

*This official cash can be used during the entire festival period and also you can

 get a refund for what you didn’t use.

 If you want to get a refund, please take your receipts with you.

After grabbing some food, you can find a place to sit on the festival grounds.

It has been chilly these days at night so it is recommended that you bring a jacket.

There is also a tent, where you can learn to create sand art. 

This tent is located next to the stage. 

Sand art has become popular form of art in Korea.
