Samgyetang - Chicken Soup

the summer in Korea.
During this time,
many Korean people
go to eat samgyetang.
This is a type of
Chicken Soup made with
ginseng, herbs, and garlic.
The soup has many nutrients
to help make the body stronger
thus being able to beat the heat!
Naengmyun - Cold Noodles
Naemgmyun is a dish
that many Korean people
look for during
the summer months.
This refreshing cold noodle
dish hits the spot on a hot day!
There are different types
of naengmyun,
it is usually the texture
of the noodles which are different.
You should try several different
ones to see which suits you the best!
Chogye Gooksu -
Cold Chicken Broth Noodles
During the summer,
anything with chicken is
thought to be good for you!
Chogye which means chicken,
and gooksu which means
noodles is a cold chicken
broth noodle dish.
The broth is chilled
so it is quite refreshing and
is usually served with fresh
vegetables on top!
Bingsu
If you are in Korea,
in the summer bingsu is a must!
There are so many different types
of bingsu from red bean bingsu
to fruit bingsu!

with either red beans
and fruit or just fruit.
