The Yeonsu-gu health center operates a high blood pressure class for high blood pressure patients, their families, and local residents.
The Yeonsu-gu health center has formed a class that teaches individuals about high blood pressure in order to prevent heart • brain vascular diseases and improve self-management abilities through providing accurate information to local residents.
The high blood pressure class will be held this upcoming March (every Tuesday 14:00~15:00) in the health center auditorium. Doctors, nurses, nutritionists, and sports curers will lecture concerning topics such as △ understanding and treating high blood pressure, △ preventing high blood pressure complications, and △managing high blood pressure medication.
