When its this hot
there are precautions
you should take!

First, stay hydrated.
Remember to drink a lot of water!
Should you feel dizzy and
feel as though
you are dehydrated
you should visit a physician.

Second, try to stay out
of direct heat for too long.
Long periods outdoors
may cause illnesses.

Third, refrain from exercising outdoors.
Exercising outdoors in
extreme heat can cause
a heat stroke which may be fatal.

Try to stay cool
and remember lots
and lots of fluids will help!
