Public late-night pharmacies operate pharmacies in late-night hours to minimize misuse of medicines and provide convenience in purchasing medicines during late-night hours (22:00 to 1:00 the next day) when medical access is weak through medication guidance from professional pharmacists.
Starting with ONNURI Pharmacy in Songdo 1-dong, additional recruitment will be made, and it is expected to prevent unnecessary spending reduction due to emergency room use and overcrowding of emergency rooms including mild patients.
A district official said, "With the operation of the public late-night pharmacy, you can safely purchase and take medicines even at late night under the guidance of a pharmacist," adding, "We will make efforts to create a safe medical environment for residents."
